Namaste Bhavna,I like recipe of lemon pickle very much and trying to make this pickle but I want to ask that after 10-15 days, some juice of lime get collected at the bottom of bottle so what to do with this juice ..Can I add this juice to sugar syrup or to throw it away ?..I appreciate your help..Thanks..

Yes, you going to add to sugar syrup. We do need more juice to make great pickle...so let it be there.
