  • I agree with airman749 how can you demonstrate the technique when your back is up against the wall?

  • Sooooooo many incomplete or bad rowing instructional videos on you tube!!! I can't believe it!!!!! As he says here, very important to learn good technique!!! Just make sure your instructor is certified in proper technique, and you'll get alot more out of it.

    Watch Concept 2 vid or one of Xeno Muller's videos, or maybe mine.

  • Not too bad!!! A couple errors though!!

    First , you've got wrists flexed way to much at finish, with upper arms not coming back enough, forearms not parallel to floor. You need more space behind you!!! Also, you didn't mention adjusting height of footrests, and you didn't talk about damper. Are you certified instructor ???
