  • @AndyLinton I agree with you buddy! Nothing beats the diet program at the site WeightLossAction.Info.. My partner and I followed it and the results were really amazing.. We lost a bunch of weight really fast.. Well, my partner lost a bit more weight than me maybe because she's more persistant than I am.. hehehe..

  • Fat people are a disgrace to society. They selfishly take up extra space and resources and make no effort to control their poor lifestyle. They eat up our tax dollars with fully preventable problems, and complain afterwards that society disrespect them. Jack Lalanne had it right when he said that physical culture and nutrition is the salvation of America : healthy individuals are happier and more productive, and overall better citizens who don't choke the healthcare system with grease.

  • @western790 now i gotta look that up, thanks for sharing the site :)

  • work out more eat less. that simple

  • Hormonal conditions?!? Bullshit. People with poor metabolism have no excuse for being fat. Generally eating well along with more frequent exercise than people with regular or fast metabolism is good enough to maintain a healthy weight. Only in the most severe cases does someone have actual medical conditions that prevent them from losing weight no matter what. 99.9% of people who are obese got their because of laziness and ignorance.

  • @Q8379 I totally agree. Eating disorders are one of the first worlds most destructive problems.

  • @MrRancidrage I fully support his endeavor. However he is only one of many. 30% of the US population is overweight. If they all took steps to solve their problems, all americans would benefit immensely.

  • @Q8379 You should be happy about this person that's trying to change his lifestyle, then.

  • @holographicplanet Indeed.

  • Martial arts is the way to go. I was getting fat when I was a child but bike riding and karate put me back into shape.
