The huge, mega-classic Jupiter-8 brass, often used in Italo in the early/mid '80s.

  • How do you actually let that SH-101 play along the bass to your chords without touching any key on it? Did you pre-program it or how do you trigger it? I'm trying to recreate this using my VSTs. :)

  • @1314matt the SH-101 has a basic sequencer built in... I simply pre-recorded the bass line pattern in the SH-101 sequencer and sync'd it to the 909

  • Wow, that sound brings me really back to the 80’s and specially the Italo sound. I like the sound you create and I am impressed with the cushiness you created these sounds.

It seems to be you that the brass melody is inspired by Radiorama – chance to desire (1986).

    Keep going on…

  • @MarcoDieLange again, guilty as charged ;-) That type of music is rooted in my musical dna having grown up in the Italy of the '80s ;-)

  • Not to say that your videos give me a lot of inspiration ;-)

  • @TheHuskyrescue thank you, I really appreciate it :)

  • i would love to hear someone recreate the beats, rolling bass and melody hook of MOZZART - MONEY, on an analog synth of course :)

  • Took me forever to remember the name of this song! Chance to Desire - Radiorama :D

  • @1314matt i want what is coming to me chico, the whole world

hey why you talkin crazy for man huh, i didn't come off no banana boat

  • @SynthManiaDotCom: Oh, I didn't know that. I'm using the TAL BassLine VST (maybe you know it) which is some kind of an emulation of the SH-101. It doesn't have a sequencer built in though but Cubase 5 is the sequencer for that. :)

  • this fat brass sounds like by many great productions of Mauro Farina & Guilliano Crivellente:-))

  • Fantastic.......

  • Ken Lazio reborn !!!!!

  • Amazes me that someone could click a "Dislike" on this! This is great!
