There are 45 cards in the game that cannot be obtained as an actual playable card in the game w/o using a cheat device like codebreaker or gameshark. Cards like Riryoku, Arsenal Bug, Mirror Force and Harpy's Lady Sisters etc, all of the ritual summoned monsters as well like Blue Eyes Ultimate and Gate Guardian. Summoned Lord Exodia you get him on library after summoning him.

Here is a group of cards that can give you Blue Eyes when lined up 3 in a row. Notice that just because 3 in a row of a card can give you Blue Eyes or any other card you want, it doesn't mean it will every time. You might have to give it a couple tries before you get it.

you can only buy codebreakers/gamesharks nowdays online like ebay or amazon. You check the official product site and they have an area for all the codes, either way you can obtain all but a few dozen of the cards in the game library without codes
