i have a 3yr daughter she have some red thing on her leg is it something i should worry

My daughter has really super sensitive skin. If urine isn't absorbed away from her skin quickly she gets a rash. Do these diapers absorb quickly or is it wet against the skin? I have thought of going cloth but afraid they won't keep her as dry.

Hi sorry for posting your comment late. the CD can absorb the urine quickly and it does not wet against the baby skin (up to my sactisfaction as at today) I used it for my BB since he was at 1st week until now and for night time as well (about 9 hours)...no rash problem unless we do not change it immediately after he 'poo'.
