It all happened very fast, and I was on the other side of the car full of people recording with a cellphone. Several others in the car heard the F-bomb. There were many riot cops, yelling at once, through gas masks. I know there's a "Get out of the car and run!" you can hear in this video, but there's also a bunch of yelling you can't hear before that.

He is shouting too fast and it's too muffled, as well as the microphone belonging to a cell phone on the other side of the car. The S, F, SH, CH, H, TH, T, K or soft C consonants are in a higher frequency than vowels and are harder to hear and differentiate from each other. I was in the car, and I heard the police officer yelling practically into my ear. We all know what we all heard.

I do enjoy the RNC videos posted by uptake. Police state in action.
