@Gulroth I can do that, but it actually isn't a postive thing, because you need to have your thumb the most straight possible to make an effective pop

@Gulroth hes double jointed. I had emailed him a while back and thats why he makes ramps on his basses. His bass teachers had said hed never be able to play correctly because of it so he made the ramps to comprimise.

@Gulroth my thumb can do that too....some people think it's freaky but I've acctually met some people with the same type of thumb (how boring does a conversation have to be to start talking about your thumbs....?) anyway don't know if it's a positive thing for slapping cause I never slap my bass
