  • Hey James, How are you on injurys so far? how´s your body feeling training everyday? I wonder because I´ve been following your stuff since Jan 1st. but I didn´t read anything about that department.and I get lots of injurys training 3 times a week. bad luck I guess. like my knees and tendons are starting to go bleh! Congrats for that btw. training everyday takes a lot of discipline man! Respect!! =)

  • @hilariofreire I have a blog on APK that I talk about all that stuff and more.

    a pulled muscle and a rolled ankle are the only two real injuries i have gotten so far this year.

    I try and mix up the training by taking some conditioning days, some low impact days, and other things to let my body recover and stay healthy. Also I warm up and stretch before (almost) every session.

  • @ATDelta i try for at least 1 - 2 hours a day. some days if im sick or im taking a rest day, i might train for 30 mins or so. However when I have full on sessions (2 - 3 a week) im our for like 6 hours.

  • omg! i cant get ENOUGH of your awesome vids!!!!!! I especially like it when you do parkour in first person. It looks so cool! keep it up!! :)

    btw do u use a go-pro or something for the first person effect???

  • @greenmachinesinger3d yes i do use a go pro, these two shots in this video are from the chest mount.
