Cox Tucson is TERRIBLE! I went back to Cox temporarily, and from the start, the old POS digital cable boxes died, we call customer service, and they were giving me the run around. So, I told Cox to suck it and went back to Directv. I would give up EVERYTHING I own (except for the TV) to keep the service going.
