I believe Mickey Goodwin was slated to fight Hagler before he injured his hand. Steward sent Caveman Lee in for Goodwin and was soundly thrashed.

Hagler was a magnificent boxer. He is my opinion the best pound for pound fighter he would demolish any of todays boxers even pacman!!

Destroyed... Hagler's right hand was incredible powerfull and quick. Hearns well know that .

Hagler has all the tools a great fighter should have- physically and technically. He trained in old school fashion harder than any fighter during his reign. Was disciplined with his diet, routine, and staying away from women during training. Fighting Hagler wasn't an honor, it was a nightmere, because everyone he fought knew he was impossible to hurt.

if lee was 5 10 marvelous looked 2-3 inches shorter. when he faught duran they looked the same height. could just ba a gfunny angle though.

@eddieofcali Think Hagler was way better than Hopkins,even though I respect B-Hop. Hagler would have too much of everything.
