It is available with a decoder socket. But it is not hard to fit decoders to locos that have no socket. There are books that say how. Only beware of early Fleischmann models. They can be done. I have fitted a decoder to an early Ae 3/6 I that had no socket.
But reserarch it carefully. There is a good German site that tells you exactly what to do and how. I forget where I found it, I just googled how to fit decoders. The diagrams are very helpful and Google Translate will do text

Is that the roco be 4/6? If so, does it have a decoder socket?

Hello, yes, it's the Roco 4/6. Unfortunately, it does not have a decoder socket (nor does it have short couplers). I built in a decoder myself.
