I had my Kenmore washer from 1995-2010 with ONE repair in 1999. The agitator coupling broke. Your dryer is just like mine, only newer. It's almost 21 years old with NEVER ONE repair! It's still going well combined with our new Samsung WF448AAW. Powder detergents rinse-out better than liquids!

and sears machines are just re badaged major label machines like lg ge ect.

The motor burns from an overdraw of amperage caused by a control relay on the upper control board going bad. This means in a short while it will happen again. :)
