@OldSmellyCrotch Common Law is what the United States Court system is based off of and uses.... they, being the governement, decide to trample on them.. becuase the "greatest generation" and the "baby boomer generation" were so lax that now those two generations are removing rights as fast as they can..... and they dont mind.
