Today I bring to you a special mame review. The game I look at here is Street Fighter 2 Champion Edition on Cps1 and PC Engine. I do a bit of a comparison since the PCE version isnt as well known as the others. Enjoy.

  • WATS THE BEGINING SONG????

  • @tbnskate Its a song called Breathe by The Prodigy.

  • I have a plug in play but I don't have SF on it how do I get it?

  • there is no way I know getting a different game on a plug and play, but you can download mame roms for playing on pc.

  • do you know if you can use the 6 button controller on fighting street

  • No, because Street Fighter/Fighting Street was never desighed with a 6 button controller in mind (that came with sf2) instead the idea in the arcade was to have the player press the punch or kick button (yes each only have one button) harder to do a harder punch or kick. This was translated to the 2 button turbografx/pc engine pad by having the play hold the button longer for a harder punch or kick.

  • Very nice review!! Thanks for being nice to the PC-E port.

I do think you downplay the significance of CE by saying it just added the 4 boss characters. The addition of mirror play was a greatly needed feature. The backgrounds and characters were cleaned up, and the art direction as a whole felt more refined. Most importantly, the gameplay was balanced, with combos being added and the existing ones refined. It is also the beginning of Ryu and Ken developing their own fighting styles.

  • Very nice review, love how you compare arcade to turbo grafix 16 (in us) game. Keep up the good work bro.

  • @mjwmjw123456789 The arcade could use 6 buttons

  • @gamemaster14neo Street Fighter 1 WAS designed to use 6 buttons. One version uses pressure pads, one version has 6 buttons. The more expensive version had the pressure pads.

  • 1:27 awsome combeack from cp1 XD

  • No, SF & KI :D

  • in my top 10 of all time games. GTA 3 is my top by the way
