Although I didn't show the head, I assure you that it had a Orange Light That Wasnt Blinking Due to OpenBVE Editing Constraints. Main meaning I don't know how to do any super advanced editing.

The head you have to put two photos , one with the light and one without the light. Then you will have to animate them, a little complicated.
