  • Could you describe your equipment in detail??? It looks interesting but I do not understand the concept... tks

  • Boiling wort is pumped out of the kettle through a high temperature pump through a counter-flow heat exchanger, then an oxygen injection system on it's way into the conical fermenter. Wort is at correct fermentation temperature (and has good cold break) and is oxygenated at the start of fermentation, which is required for the yeast's use. A bit overdone for simple homebrewing, but is for a future microbrewery.

  • That's quite the setup! My assumption is that you brew all grain batches of beer. I'd be interested in seeing your mash tun.
