@swanningaround these are spitfires because you can see the rounded wing cme to a point, only spitfires have that

The Classical music is performed by the RR lump at the front.

Orchestral, not classical

That you are looking at there, is a lion with wings.

Always find it corny when they play 633 Squadron at Airshows

Neither is 'Hymn to The Fallen' Classical Music. Nor the 'Superman' theme. Nor the 'Star Wars' theme. They are becoming Classics. Classical music isn't typed becasue it's old, it's typed because it became Classic. Because people wanted it that way. Mosquitoes were featured in 633 Squadron, but the music suits any flying video. That's why it's becoming a 'Classic'.

I'll take your word on the planes, but 633 Squadron is undoubtedly classical music. Its young age (relative to the classical canon) or association with a film, surely doesn't change its genre?

there a loads of good british war movies and 633 is in my top 5
This is not classical music. It is the theme to the movie 633 Squadron by Ron Goodwin, who composed many stirring film themes such as Where Eagles Dare, Operation Crossbow and the Battle of Britain. The planes in this movie are not spitfires by de havilland mosquitos.
