Yes the boxing is nice, but personally would rather a flawless product. My review: Can't click both buttons at the same time, no middle-click (e.g. clicking the wheel to open a new window in a browser), the back button with the thumb is often missed, scroll is often slow to react, personally I often find myself clicking the left button because of how my hand positions with the mouse. On the plus side the gestures are nice. Personally? I'd wait for next version.

From a comment on Amazon: In order to resolve the issue of not running in Visual Studio 2010 you must run C:\Program Files\Microsoft IntelliPoint\ipoint.exe with elevated permissions. Right click on it, open properties, go to the compatibility tab and select Run this program as administrator.
