where can i get this rom? i have an android emulator that i want to play it and i don't think it supports translation mods..is there a rom already translated?

No, actually it is how they talk. Japanese censorship is much, much more lax. Also, the characters are meant to be thugs.

ahhh man i love this game, what patch are you using for the translation package? i mean somtimes it gets well fucked up and says alot of weird things like D40P ect, you know what i mean ?

Good game but what's with the swearing? I thought Nintendo's standards were more stricter than that!

It's a fan translation so I think they took the liberty to add a bunch of swearing.
