Thanks! I play field hockey and after the season ended I went to regular ice hockey (I love every type of hockey!) now I'm really not used to field hockey now. I also wanted some tips to start next season better. I didnt know how to do this before so thanks! Ur really good!

great, i moved somewhere else and they dont play hockey, now i know properly how to do it, i saw this girl do it in a hockey match, and i tried to do it and felt easier then using a slap shot, but now im clear what im supposed to do, but i do wanna ask, this is called reverse sweep, can you do it without reverse and just sweep it?

you are undercutting the ball, that's why it is going high, angle your stick back a bit more and it should travel smoothly across the ground. :)
