  • Did an engine light come on when you cut the cat?

  • @nickfrombama nope

  • my truck sounded just like that when i gunned it. i hate it.. i thought it sounded like a rice burner. so i just cut the pipe form the exhaust. it sounded alot better. its a deeper sound

  • i did not like it either, so i added 2 more cylinders, sounds alot better now, lol.

  • @vwbusssesareforever it is everywhere, even in the states like mine that dont do emissions testing. i did the work my self. or find a shady exhaust shop and pay them cash and they will do it

  • @Dragrcer12 Cool. mine is the 3.9L as well. I went to take off the cat, and do the same setup as you, but when I told them to take the cat off, and do a 2 chamber knock off flowmaster thats single in and dual out, they refused to take off my cat because its illegal here not to have one, so the exhaust place told me

  • @Dragrcer12 you got a v8 engine for it

  • @southblue03 this is a v6 right? thats why it sounds like that...still...the truck in the video is pretty fucking nice well done...glad to see some people have respect like my dad n i do for theese trucks.

  • Nice vid. I gotta 1995 Dakota wit a 3.9 v6 and i just got a single in dual out flowmaster. I hope it sounds this good. i'll post a vid when i get it put on.

  • a v-6 will NEVER sound like a v-8
