Everyone watch!!! The birth of Beyond forgotten (applications)

Well i have been waiting to hit 6000 subscribers to do this, and that happened today. Its a pretty big decision for me 2bh as i have always found it easier just to let other people run the clan and do what they say. Going from that to leading my own is a big step, and on that i have thought alot about.
I still have some problems i havnt sorted out yet, such as how to manage uploading videos to the main account, as im not too fond of giving out the password, but that is somthing that can be sorted, even if it means setting up a rapidshare account or something of the sort.

I wanted to move away from names such as 'random word here glitchers' as they all seem sort of samey, so i have just chose something that i thought sounded alright :P

FIrst off i am going to be accepting applications for the clan, these can be on glitcher.net (here: http://www.glitcher.net/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=1800 ) or in a pm on youtube.
What you need to fill out is

Name (First name only):
Gamertag:
Age:
Location (uk/us etc):
Capture card (if yes what sort):
Have you found any glitches:
Do you have any glitch videos:
Previous glitch clans:
Why you think you should be in the clan:

Everyone will get a reply at the same time, so dont worry when you dont get a replystraight away.
I am mainly looking for 360 glitchers right now, but if i get a few good applications from ps3 users i may think about it...

I seriously hope with your help we can get this glitch clan off the ground, and get it going strong :D

P.S i am looking for someone to make a short yet effective intro for the clan, message me if you feel you can.
