  • I love your idea on lead capturing, but I will not agree more on how you see "branding" for real estate marketing. It is about getting your prospects to see you as the only one that provides a solution to their problem and therefore, it is still important to take into account.

  • Good video. Thanks. I agree 100% with the lead capture, however you are WAY off on the branding. What made Nike, Coke, Pepsi, Dell, IBM, Apple, and most other large successful companies is branding. It's the cornerstone to marketing 101. What separates me from just another Joe Blow agent with a business card is the brand I have developed over 15 years.
