The Kettlebell Gunslinger is a fantastic full body exercise. Similar to the One Arm Swing-Figure Eight the Gunslinger places more load on the legs as you keep your knees bent throughout the exercise. Just tried it in my lounge - great fun and very effective - my hearts racing!
