Do you need some new moves for the dance floor? Are you still doing the step-touch? Well here's a smart tip of a basic groove you can use on the dance floor. So I'm gonna teach you the hip hop bounce -- this is your number one, basic hip hop groove. And once you learn it, it's in your body. You can use it just as a groove, or within your choreography. So legs are straight and arms are straight. Start there so it's obvious, then bent arms, bent knees. Everything straight, everything bent. So you'll never have a bent leg and a straight arm. Everything bent, everything straight. Chest is coming towards the knees. I can do it smaller. So as my knees bend, my arms come up. I can even do it smaller. If you're shy, you're on the dance floor, just use your shoulders, in case you've got a drink and you don't want to spill it. I'm Yolanda Thomas. You can find me on YouTube.com/YolandaThomas, and thanks for watching my smart tip!
