  • It's cool that you've taken up the sport. Its not for everyone when all everyone cares about these days is looks. Just for a little advice, your extension at the end of your snatch pull could be lengthened a bit. You might be over your toes too long, but in your recovery squat your jumping forward slightly. Are your from washington, i saw your shirt. It would be cool to train with you, i'm out in Camas across the river from portland. Oh, and are you stand alone or do you have a club.

  • Awesome lifting man how much weight are the most in snatch and clean and jerk and what class, age? Haha great stuff I am sort of new to the sport but my goodness I love it.
