good job bro i'm 175 and got those up for 7 today. you got a naturally strong chest, just put on some weight during the winter and you could push some serious weight
@truthfulandyou It took me a year to do it and I'm finally at the end of where i want to be. I lost 50 pounds first, ,hich at the same time helped me cut the excess body fat I had. While doing so I ate a strict diet with a decent amount of calories still. Now I'm trying to gain lean weight back with a 3400 calories diet so I can add ten pounds of lean weight.
is it possible to cut and bulk at the same time im trying to do this and its very difficult what do you do? i have been working out for about 9 months im at 12% bf and not cut :(
@taylor1hp i work out to look good. im not a "bodybuilder" or someone competing on sports. why work out a part of your body that is going to be covered 99% of the time?
I screwed up my rotators cuffs doing lifts like that; I've got a real problem with my technique and it has so far kept me from exceeding 80lbs on the dumbbell benchpress. It is however not because of flat bench, but my incline and decline-butterflies are either done with terrible technique or I've got some bum shoulders....
@UpTehCooch No anyone who doesn't work legs is a fucking pussy faggot. Legs make up 50% of your body and holds the most muscle mass tell any bodybuilder that you don't work legs and they will punch you in ur face.
@taylor1hp why? i dont walk around with short shorts to show off my legs. the only part of my body that gets exposed to ppl is my upper body. so i couldnt give to shits about working out my legs....the only time i worked out my legs hard was when i wanted to join the army. but now leg work outs bore me and just doesnt feel good
