  • VERY GOOD VIDEO! Its all about education. Stop bashing and start teaching. Bananas, cabbage, carrots, onions, potatoes,dry beans and rice are excellent cheap and healthy options! They are very filling and will last for more than a few days. ALL people (on food stamps or not) need to be taught how to survive on less in these uncertain times. Ethiopian cabbage is one of my family's favorite dishes!
