This is my 93' chevy silverado, just recently it started to leak coolant, in the video i show where it's dripping, as well as near the thermostat, i am not 100% sure where the leak is coming from, any advice would be greatly appreciated,

My guess is Either new Head Gasket, or Thermostat

  • my truck is doing the same exact thing, but there a couple of things it could be, it could be piston rings, valve seals, a small crack in your head gasket or cracked/warped head, try changing your head gaskets and make sure you torque them down to the right specs and in the right sequence because a small crack will allow coolant into your cylinders. try checking your dipstick for any water... its very noticeable water is heavier than oil and oil will sit ontop and what looks like bubbles.

  • Is there a lot of white smoke when you start up?
