Working out to the 12 days of Christmas. Start with 1 Tree Pose for 30s, go on to 2 Turkish Get-ups, then repeat Tree Pose. Move on to 3 French Curls, then Turkish Get-up, Tree Pose. Continue adding one exercise at a time and working your way down, just like the song. Have fun!
