I don't send friend requests to famous accounts like say i remember xcalizorz had PSN but has xcalizorz sold his PS3? I wouldn't send friend requests to anyone like xcal on PSN because i know they wont accept it so if you know famous accounts are not going to accept friend requests then what is the point in sending them one. You should know that it's likely you'll get blocked by which famous account you sent a friend request to.
