Thanks for your comment, please check on the website the follow-up after placement of the implants 1/3/6 years, during which time the prosthesis and all the implants remained stable and functional (although peri-implant bone resorption in some implant sites).
Francesco, do you have a long term radiography of this case. In my experience crestal split has the inconvenience of lack of directional control of the implant, higher incidence of bone loass (coronal) and higher failure rate. Therefore it is not my favorite technique

don't like , waste of time , very bad treatment plan , very inexperienced work!
why flapless placement when you plan to reflect a a full mucoperiosteal flap !
it is a well known Fact in Oral surgery that the big flap heal in same time of the small one when you follow the basic surgical principles !
it is not flapless it's blindness drilling and implant placement
The last implant is useless , out of the ridge !
finally to complete the ugly image! the sutures knots are places palatally !!!
