  • I like your human side. Whether just talking or lifting weights. I appreciate that you show in your motions the want to break form, but on top of fighting to move the weights you fight yourself to the perfect form we all strive for. I like to think I do the same thing. I can respect people who lift a lot or look good. Well Rob, you do both and lift things with near perfect form
