The song was written by Dennis Lambert and Brian Potter and appears on Lambert's 1972 solo album "Bags and Things".

Filmed at Joes Pub at the Public Theater, NYC on October 15, 2008.

Dennis Lambert is the subject of the documentary film "OF ALL THE THINGS".
