Thank you for visiting my channel. Today we are cooking my Award Winning Chili. Obviously, you can add tomatos, red peppers, various kinds of beans or a combonation. This is my basic recipe and you are not limited here. If you like, you can add many more ingredients and adjust amounts of ingredients as you like. Please make this flavorful recipe and leave me a comment and let me know if you liked it.

Notes on preperation:
Brown the ground beef, then, after all the ingredients are added, simmer on low for about 30 to 40 minutes uncovered. Don't forget to stir occasionally during the simmer. The result? Award Winning Chili!

  • it's spelled paste fool!

  • please go back to culinary school mr. self proclaimed chef... you need better knife skills and to stop using prepackaged seasonings...

  • 2 CUPs OF WATER ITS 1 CAN OF BREW!

  • I've never made chili until today, used more veggies than you did. Took a preference to actual spices and chilli's over pre-mix chili stuff (can't find that where I am). Mostly oregano, birdseye chillis with some dried chilli (bit sweeter). Some beef stock, sea salt, cracked black pepper and random other stuff.

I'm happy with chili being plenty of veggies (mostly capsicum and onion) however it looked ok in this vid, not award winning though.

  • Man you have bad knife technique.....

  • holy shit man ! u should really learn how to use a knife !

    award winning my ass!

  • Why would you put stupid powder in there? substitute it with fresh chopped chili and other fresh ingredients. not even close to award winning

  • there is no way this chili would ever win a serious chili cook-off and a self proclaimed chef using spices from a packet?

  • @freeoneforever1

    Yes they do.

  • Let me tell you a secret that I found out by experimenting with my own chili recipe. Add one can of V8, can be the spicy one or the normal doesn't matter, it really takes the flavors to the next level. Personally, I would never add celery itself, but the celery flavors from the v8 are awesome. I also cook my meat really high and fast, de-glaze with onions, garlic, and dash of water, then add all back together. I can't tell you all the steps or ingredients cause its a secret.
