  • Is this the same style as Ustad Vilayat Khan ?

  • @FrustratedBaboon

    Hi!

Yes It's the same , but with his own ideas.

There are only some difference in fingers which Ustadji didnt used,

  • That is good accompaniment!,

  • great... keep it up.!

  • stop at 2:56

  • Awesome!

  • Very beautiful. In the long term I would suggest that the play could benefit from work on making the technique more consistent. Great Masters such as Vilayat Khan and his brother Imrat stressed the importance of traditional technique. It is obvious that many performers have modified this however it remains a good benchmark.

  • fine

  • LOVE how this sounds.

    Sounds amazing full of life.

  • These two guys need to be more high profile than they are right now.. Especially Sabri

  • Also I feel ONLY using the 2 main fingers strengthens them both & doesn't spread the workload. I feel more in control when I use only 2 fingers.
