Scottish PIF from 2004 for speeding.

Fairly decent, using an interseting style, by interviewing the passengers of a car in which the driver was speeding, this style has not been done much from what I've seen, mostly it's some arty style like the current Think! one that has started circulating again, I'm really glad Scotland choose to make some road safety PIFs of their own, most of them are not that good, but some of them show some promise, like this one, which uses a fairly independent style, which I admire in a PIF, so well done Scotland, you managed to make a decent modern road safety PIF, and I won't say that often.
