@hankwest988 looks like a structural of the tail....if you learn about chalk's ocean airways flight 101 this should show you how some occur, probably a maintenance error

The F4 at 0:37: I was right there beside the runway when that happened! I never new that the video of that crash was released to the public. I just happened to find the video right now on YouTube. Wow, that really freaked me out.
