  • At 5:02 the bullet holes were gone from the diner's front counter!

  • @ebayectobuilder I know :) This is actually the rough VFX cut; we still had plenty of work on slate to prepare it for screenings, so believe me...they've since improved!

  • @JAWeisman You have done a very very good job. I'm sure the screenings will or have impressed. I would like to ask you what you felt about the sigma 20mm 1.8 you used specially compared to the 35mm 1.4

  • @webeskimo Many thanks! We actually really enjoyed using the Sigma 20mm 1.8, though since making this project I've personally come to favor the Sigma 24mm 1.8 a tiny bit more (the main reason being it's a macro, and that's awesome for all kinds of reasons). It's tough to compare the 20mm to the 35, of course, because I use them for different kinds of shots, but in my opinion, if you have those two lenses (20&35) you can cover most things you'll typically need in a shoot.

  • one more thing did all use the h4n for recoding with boom pole

  • @cashimirs We actually used a Tascam Mini, but every sound you hear in the film is either foley or ADR done after the shoot. There was a concert going on in the restaurant while we were filming, so on-location audio was impossible to get :(

  • That was pretty bad ass!

  • good video, keep it up. big thumbs up

  • Wow, this had a real story. Good actors, too. If you're amateurs, well done!

  • This is great! This is some of the best film-look i've seen from the t2i.

I own one myself and i'm constantly trying to find people who know how to make it look movie-like. This is up there on the best.

Very well done and an awesome story.

  • Legit! Great job all

  • no 1080p?
