  • put the charger wires on the the contacts of the stater and if it clicks when you touch the both contacts it means you need a new moter and if it sound like it is spinning and there is no click it also means you need a new starter moter. if it starts you need to follow the wiring looms back throw the system to see what the problem is.

if you need any help send me a message

  • Cool machine!. I would take the starter motor off and give it a overhaul, make sure the power contacts on the solenoid are clean and don't have spiders smashed between them or somthing silly like that. (seen it before in old switches)

and just trace the wiring back and see if there is some silly aux relay or lockout thats gone kaput.

If you were local in Australia I would definitely sign up and have a look at it myself!

  • meby the starter of the moter is shot

  • is this a diesel vehicle? you may have to hit the glow plugs first and it may have a block on the system not to do anything untell glow plugs are wormed up.

  • Part number and MFG for the switch is listed in the docs you have for the sweeper. I remember pricing it out a couple years ago and it's something like a $65 switch.

  • Wonder what happens to the wasps if they can start it up

  • Pretty neat! Can't wait for more videos!
