this is the waltz 3º "la negra" ...but the work the triptych "el triptico" ....natalia is the waltz 3º but of another work: four Venezuelan waltzes "cuatro valses venezolanos" ;)

The title is misleading.
"Vals Venezolano No. 3" is a different piece used in reference to the waltz "Natalia" which is the 3rd of 4 waltzes from the "Cuatro Valses Venezolanos" work by A. Lauro. A completely different piece...
This one here is "La Negra", part 3 of the work called "Triptico". It is a Venezuelan waltz as well but you should NOT refer to it as "Vals Venezolano No. 3". :)

Oooops.. I was wrong - feeling tired I guess, not waltz #2 but clearly 'la negra' as pointed out by many others. Anyway, Natalia is #3... I'll get some rest and stop making dumb comments - cheers everyone..
