The Truth About WARPS, NoR and the person behind all of it...

In 2007, WARPS took over as the combat system of choice in NoR, there was much debate and infighting in regards to the veracity of the system's authorship. Now in 2010, after reaching a settlement agreement with the managing programmer that designed the WARPS system using the CCS Code base, to service the NoR sims at the accused's insistence, we can show, once and for all, that the defrauding of trust, perjury of the DMCA process and blatant copyright infringement did occur as a fact.

To this date the Lindens, aside from all evidence that proves the defendant in this case perjured themselves in the process of DMCA Dispute, refuse to take any action against them, though civil proceedings are being pursued.

What you see here is a direct differential code comparison between the first released WARPS Units, and the CCS 0.4.5 code base, which was the code base the accused had access to through gaining access to our CCS Developers Group, which we formed to attempt to make CCS an open source project, but as the accused, nor his managing programmer nor any other member of this group ever submitted code to the project that was introduced to the software system, so the Open Source project was abandoned, and the code which was provided under agreement it was not to be used for any other development than internal systems development was taken, and used by the accused, to make WARPS.

The video is short, dry and to the point, it shows a 96% accuracy between the WARPS Main.lsl and the CCS Main.lsl, these files were gained legally under legal agreement between my lawyers and the lawyers of the managing programmer of the WARPS system in a mutual release of liability agreement. The release of liability agreement does not extend to Tapout Logic LLC, a company owned and run by the accused who not only blatantly and with malicious intent defrauded our trust, perjured himself in a legal dispute and illicitly distributed and profited on the distribution of illegal software, but also attempted to take ownership of the WARPS system as an asset of Tapout Logic LLC.

The worst part of this grim reality is not that the accused did what he did, but that Linden Research Inc, who will ban a free account on the mere accusation of copy bot usage, will take no action against the accused internally and likely will not do so at the conclusion of our civil suit either.

So not only is the accused a fraud artist and a liar, but Linden Research Inc. has no intention of keeping that kind of person off the Second Life Grid. Big surprise...eh?
