@bdk40 It is very easier. You would need to go to programming school before you know how to make a freaking cube.

@halogamerable i dunno how its possible to go with the renders of blender but in 3dmax with mental or vray you can give looks like its real (i know that this is old and all but still i thought i should reply)

Unless you were going for that sharp contrast, may i suggest Ambient Occlusion in the beginning?

on a scale of 1-10, i give this a 4. pretty good for just an at-home animation, i'd say

Wow that really cool man!!!! Great Job ,but just a little word of advice, i think Master Chief was a bit too stif, but nice sword affect!!:)

@halogamerable I don't know i have never use 3ds max but there is lot of tutorials for blender on the web and i think blender is easy to use and it is free ;)

though its good if you're interested you're skilled may be of use to me and my team. we need a few more animators and modelers (were making mmo)

it can be interesting. the only problem is that at the moment I have very few free time. but tell me even when if you want models, i think i can find the time to do that.

what tool do you use to move the body parts?

i use armatures in blender, i move bones like we do for moving. it is not very easy :p i have done some of this movement myself to see how i can do them with bones.
