@rofflemows2 no woman asks to be raped, end of story. women have breasts, sorry- we shouldn't have to hide that fact. i'm 40 years old, and i've heard since i was 13 or so, that as a woman, it's my fault based on what i wear, or where i go or whatever. i should have the right to go for a walk, and not have to bring my dog along if i don't want to. i should be allowed to go to target after 9 at night, if i choose. i have to disagree with you.

These guys don't care who they grab... I think Archie found a part of his brain. But unfortunately, cops today are just as discouraging as this smart rock cop. The first thing they say is that it almost impossible to prosecute. OF course, cops don't insinuate things like this cop, but still they are impotent when it comes to being positive about justice, it's the pits.
