Windows Movie Maker will do the trick for you. Just get an audio clip of light waves crashing, maybe a distant seagull cry, light breeze sound and put it in the audio timeline and adjust the volume to medium-low or medium.

Another Important Tip:
Always walk pets on a leash outside. In N.J. a coyote stole a poor chihuahua from his yard and ran away with it! :(
Also, large birds & hawks are capable of swooping down to steal your tiny pets!!!
Do not let your pet go outside unsupervised!!!

oh my god!! if that happend to me I would seriously lose it.. I WAAY keep tim on a leash and in his harness, always outside.. could you imagine a big hawk taking away your baby? ugh ..
