  • Most people are so ignorant when it comes to pets. They don't THINK. They just buy whatever is pretty or trendy without THINKING it through. DON'T SHOP- ADOPT!!! Spay and neuter your animal friends. STOP BREEDING AND BUYING WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS ARE DYING!!!

  • Very informative. We adopted a shy dog and she is such a sweetie. She still hides from people until she gets used to them and it takes a while, but she does eventually accept them and will allow a pet or two.

  • animals and children need have home no different between ..when parent not want keep children put to foster home until age 18 become homeless same idea with pet put to shelter no different..I not care if dog have angry with food just respect.

  • it really depends on the shelter ome can cost up to 600$ for a puppy and 300$ for a full grown dog or a dog around here for about 40$ for any type so it just depends on the shelter like i said

  • It really depends on where you go. Most shelters work off the money from an adoption fee. It also depends on what they've done for that dog.

  • $50-$80

  • The Toronto Humane Society doesn't charge but they ask for a donation that'll end up costing you about 100-130-150 maybe even 200$ for spaying/neutering/shots/microchipping and to make sure they go to a good home.

Small price to pay, and its a lot less than the 600$+ for "pedigree" dogs.

  • i thought u can adopt a dog for free HELP PLzz REply HOw Much Is it to adopt a dog

  • At the city shelter I work at all dogs are $173. When u adopt we spay or neuter them, they get their rabies shot, microchipped, and a one year license depending on where the person lives. Not to bad if you ask me :)

  • 150.00

  • at my shelter older dogs are 200 if theyre 1 year or older and they come with vacc, licenses, microchipped, and neutered/spayed...young ones are between 275-350 and also come with the above...small young dogs such as toy poodles or those kinds can reach up to 450 but thats usually the highest..it takes about 100 to cover shots about 75 for neutering or spaying and 20-50 for microchipping so its really worth it

  • do anyone know the range of price of adopting a dog??
