Atlanta flies cross country to take on the Oakland Raiders and the Falcons are 3 point favorite. The Falcons rush defense was torched for 192 yards by the Eagles, 184 against the Chiefs and 164 by the Buccaneers on the season. The Raiders running game should be good here against the Falcons. If you can get by the front seven the Falcons secondary are very poor tacklers against opposing running backs and take very poor angles. Rookie starting quarterback Matt Ryan will make his first start at Raider Nation. I like the Raiders linebackers and they will be good here against Atlanta. Atlantas running game has sputtered the past two games as they have only averaged 76 rushing yards. Michael Turners production in that span has not been good as he gained 112 yards on 42 carries, which averages less than 3 yards per carry. Turner has 145 carries on the season and had no more than 80 in any of his 4 seasons with the Chargers. Atlantas defensive end Jamaal Anderson suffered a concussion against Philadelphia. Oakland once against bounces back at home following a bad road loss. Take Oakland +3.
