Fur factory operators and trappers kill millions of animals, including dogs and cats, for their fur each year. Many—perhaps half—of these animals are killed specifically for fur trim. The industry tries to keep the cruelty hidden, but suffering and death are central to fur. Better labeling laws will help you shop fur-free.

I'm shocked at all of these but the most shocked about the cows in India. I mean....aren't cows revered as Gods in India?? Sad.

One person asked for the other side. Well, no doubt this is cruel and I'm not a fan of fur at all!

Most animals are not killed for us to wear their skin though, but for us to eat their meat.

Probably not in some of the cases we've seen here, but so it is for cows, pigs and likewise.

Leather is a bi-product of the meat industry, so the way to stop this must be to go vegetarian, which I guess not many are willing to do, or?

I was screaming at the top of my lungs, Something has to be done! more than whats being done now because its obviously not enough. Theres no excuse, no justification, no reason to kill the animals the way they do... or at all!!!. If they at least put them completely to sleep the way vets do to dogs this would be different and a bit more humane. But they dont have a reason to, and its disgusting and sad and painful to watch.. These poor animals dont stand a chance unless we do something!!!!!!!!!!
