@gimpyFG71 i did a few systema classes, and there are some very good things in systema, but this guy lies to himself with no touch bullshit etc..
bjj and thai b. is proven to be effective, military systems.. i dont know.. the dutch army fight with guns..

@samurai184 Yeah, I think I saw that. LOL. I think some of the techniques could be useful on drunks or untrained opponents though. :D Better off with Muay Thai and BJJ.
